When thinking back to when we were younger we jumped rope and double dutch it was a great source of exercise.  Boxers are known to jump rope for exercise and endurance to go 12 rounds. Ten minutes of jumping rope is liken to 30 minutes of jogging.  For women over 30 this is an exercise that will help speed up your metabolism while improving your endurance.  Begin doing a simulation of jump roping for 7 minutes without the actual jump rope. Afterward check your heart rate.  This will let you know what type of shape you're in and get you ready for the 
7 Day Challenge!
