The common question being asked when women come to the
7- Day Challenge or while talking on Facebook. What is it that
I do? I am not a Personal Trainer or an Aerobics Instructor.  I am a MOTIVATOR determined to HELP women become healthier and this starts with your nutrition, physical and mental health. Over 60% of women in the U.S. are obese and we can beat this disease by starting a new lifestyle of healthier choices. I also desire to encourage women to get their annual Pap Smear, Mammogram and Colon Testing based on age.
